Feel free to leave me a comment! I may not be Oprah Winfrey, or have the fashion sense of Elle Woods, but I care about YOU and have so much to share with you when it comes to loving yourself-especially since Jesus loved you first! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, love is in the air and I’m feeling as though my heart can’t get any bigger! Enjoy these tips and suggestions to make your Friday even better!

Coffee with Carly:
We’re going to make this a thing people! Honestly though-if you want to meet me for coffee, I’m always ready for a good conversation and a warm cup of joe!
For this Friday, since you’ve been the superhero of your life, gain some energy with an “undertoe”-a double espresso shot that will put your weekend in hyperdrive…man I could use one right now!
Fridays is a day to let loose, reflect on your week (hectic or not) and start to unwind-by perhaps turning on the radio at work, on your ipod after your last class, or in your car. Today, we’re going to kick it old school with Everybody’s Workin for the Weekend by Loverboy. (Anyone seen Tommy Boy?)
My ultimate favorite-can’t-put-down-cry-happy-tears-please-go-buy-this-right-now-your-life-will-never-be-the-same book is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. Since we will be talking about dating, relationships, friendships, marriage, and the like, we might start at square one by delving into the rawness of God’s love in a relationship. Go to Half Price Books (*pray it’s there*), Barnes n’ Noble (call ahead because…ladies and gents-it is THAT good), Amazon it, eBay it, I don’t care what you have to do, by next Friday I challenge you to order that sucker and have that read ASAP-that’s an order! Ok not an order, a prompt request by yours truly who honestly, just wants to better YOU and your life!
So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:17-19
