Man on Stolen 4-Wheeler Flees Police, Gets Stuck in Mud

Montgomery County A Conroe man got stuck in the mud while trying to run from police in a stolen 4-wheeler.

Officers say they tried to pull over 30-year-old Bo Lee Richmond Wednesday but he refused to stop.

According to the arrest report, they chased him into the woods.
That's when his ATV got stuck.
Officers caught up with him on foot.

Richmond resisted being arrested, but police did take him into custody.
The 4 wheeler was reported stolen in 2008.
