Well, the bad news from last week is that the Texans laid a dud in Foxboro on Monday Night Football last week, but on the bright side, I’m done with finals and officially a second semester senior! In celebration, I’m headed out of town for a couple of days and didn’t have time to look at the game lines, but I thought I would enlighten my faithful readers with some straight up picks before I left (winning team in bold).
Bengals vs. Eagles – The Eagles somehow pulled off a win last week but I don’t see it happening again, especially against the Bengals defense.
Broncos vs. Ravens – The Ravens lost last week and I think the streak continues as Peyton Manning and the red hot Broncos come into town.
Redskins vs. Browns – The Browns looked good last week and I think they pull off an upset against the injury-depleted Redskins.
Packers vs. Bears – This is a big game for both of these teams as the playoffs approach, and I think the Packers D-line swings the game in their direction.
Colts vs. Texans – The Texans need this win over their division rivals to keep their 1 game lead over the Patriots for the #1 AFC seed, and I think they get it in Houston.
Jaguars vs. Dolphins – The Dolphins have played better than most people were expecting this year and I think they beat this poor Jaguars team.
Vikings vs. Rams – If this Vikings team wasn’t in such a tough division, they might have a shot at the playoffs. I think Adrian Peterson runs all over the Rams.
Buccaneers vs. Saints – The loser of this game is all but out of the playoff race, and I think the Saints defense shows their true colors and give up a lot of points to this feisty Buccaneers offense.
Giants vs. Falcons – The Falcons have to start losing these close games and I think it starts with this one.
Seahawks vs. Bills – The Seahawks have a shot at the NFC 1 or 2 seed but they need a big win in Buffalo this week.
Panthers vs. Chargers – The Chargers looked really good last week and I think they roll over the Panthers.
Lions vs. Cardinals – The Cardinals were an embarrassment to the NFL last week losing 58-0 and I don’t see any reason why it gets any better this week.
Steelers vs. Cowboys – It’s about time for the Cowboys to let their fans down just when the playoffs start to seem possible.
Chiefs vs. Raiders – The Raiders are just a terrible, terrible team and I can’t see them beating anyone right now.
