Spaghetti is one dish that you can absolutely never go wrong with. Thank goodness the Italians created this recipe or else many people would be unhappy campers.

Every time I think of spaghetti, I think of one of my favorite Disney films, Lady and the Tramp. I know everyone remembers the scene where Lady and Tramp share the plate of spaghetti. Disney knew what he was doing with that scene. Every time I watch that movie I feel like making a big ole plate of spaghetti.

Spaghetti was one of the first meals I’ve ever made. Why? Because it’s delicious and easy of course! Like I told you earlier, there is no going wrong with this dish. The only thing that some people don’t like about it is that it can be a little bit unhealthy. Well no need to worry about that anymore, because I have a spaghetti recipe that will cut back the calories. It is just as delicious, if not better.


1 bag of Central Market Organics Capellini
1 lb. of HEB Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 jar of Central Market Organics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce


1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Then pour in noodles and cook until soft.

2. Brown the ground beef.

3. Pour jar of pasta sauce into the ground beef. Then pour in the noodles.

4. Mix and stir everything together thoroughly.

Now it’s time to enjoy your deliciously, healthy Skinny Spaghetti! Lady and the Tramp most likely didn’t eat this kind of spaghetti… because the skinny version is so good that you won’t be able to share a plate!
