The Lorax
Starring: Zac Efron, Danny DeVito, Ed Helms, Taylor Swift
Ted Wiggins (Efron) lives in a bright, grand and completely artificial town. His hometown of “Thneed-Ville” is made completely of plastic, metal and all things man-made. When Ted meets the girl of his dreams, Audrey (Swift), he ventures out to try to make his love’s dream come true—that she may see a living tree.
While Lorax brings some of the same humor that made its predecessor, Despicable Me, so successful, the film tends to drift too far away from family fun and focuses a tad too much on its environmental message. Nevertheless, Danny DeVito and company brings plenty of laughs in the latest work from Dreamworks Animation.
The Blu-Ray special features include 3 never-before-seen mini-movies along with deleted scenes and feature commentary with the filmmakers.
