I thoroughly enjoy going with a new group of people to Zumba so I can see them laugh and smile while shaking it like a salt shaker.

I can honestly say I haven't brought one friend to Zumba who didn't return.

Major Calorie Burn

According to revitaliseyourhealth.com, a one-hour long session of Zumba can burn an average of 800 calories! Pretty amazing huh?

A Dream Body

Do you ever look at a dancer's totally toned body and wish it was yours? Zumba.

According to livestrong.com, "when you participate in Zumba, you will feel parts of your upper body, lower body and core muscles engaging in the movements. The dance moves assist in sculpting your lower body muscles. Zumba also incorporates lots of strength exercises such as lunges and squats that target your upper thigh muscles."
