Responsibilities include installing and supporting user systems and software.

Required: at least two years’ experience supporting Windows, Office, networking, PC hardware, and office equipment in a corporate environment; completion of at least 60 college hours or equivalent (certifications, technology courses, etc.). Experience with imaging, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, router/firewall concepts, and telephone system administration is a plus. Must have a high attention to detail, a customer service-oriented attitude and a team-player mindset.
