The holiday season has arrived! It’s the time of year we celebrate with family and friends as we celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas and the new year!
It’s also the time where we take tons of pictures! I have a couple of tips for photograph-worthy makeup.
First, I always apply a darker shade of foundation when I know I’m going to be taking a lot of pictures. Most foundations have certain pigments that will appear lighter when a flash goes off. To help this, apply the darker foundation and make sure you blend it into your jawbone!
We’ve already talked about contouring! Make sure you contour your cheekbones in order to put your best face forward!
Another trick that really helps is applying your eyeshadow darker than you normally do. You may think you’re going a little overboard but don’t worry, it looks great in pictures!
When applying a darker eyeshadow, make sure you apply a light or nude colored lip stick!
I hope these tips help! Have a great Thanksgiving!
