Renovating Kyle Field has been a rumor for quite some time, but it never became a reality until we joined the SEC. With a new coach and new conference, who wouldn’t want a new $400 million plus football field? I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to be apart of this life-changing decision, but the question is, “do I want to pay for it?”

When I received the email from A&M with the survey pertaining to increasing fees to pay for the renovations, I had a lot to consider. I was scared to think that if I chose to not pay, I would be an absolute 2%er. And If I chose to pay, I would regret that decision once I had to pay for an outrageously priced sports pass.

Kyle Field is a standing tradition and it’s a shame to see it have to be redone, but it’s a beautiful thing to say we have to do it because we’re growing. All in all, it’s time for A&M and it’s time to make our mark with a fabulous new stadium!
