Since we are getting closer to spring I wanted to talk about a major trend that is very wearable and many celebrities such as Jessica Alba, Beyoncé, and Minka Kelley have been wearing: Floral Denim!
This is a great trend because it takes a spin on the original denim. It dresses up any look and is comfortable; not to mention you have so many options of colors and prints to choose from. Just remember to mix your printed jeans with some solids so you do not have an overload of color!
Miranda Kerr is a celebrity who is always on top of her style game. She wears floral denim exceptionally well and you can get the same look with minimal investment.
Floral print denim jeans can be found at cottonon.com at super affordable prices from $25-$52 in a variety of colors.
I would recommend wearing a solid print shirt to coordinate with the floral denim. If you have trouble deciding on a solid color, black, white, and grey are always great standbys. You can buy a grey shirt like Miranda’s from Old Navy for $10.50. While you can use any grey solid shirt, Old Navy always has a great selection of basic v- neck, long sleeve shirts to choose from.
And don’t forget to round out the look with an awesome bag. This red satchel can be found online and in stores at Target for only $32.99.
Another detail not to miss are the shoes. This classic nude pump is from Steve Madden and can be bought online at www.stevemadden.com for only $89.95
