It’s Thirsty Thursday y’all! It’s easy to get carried away munching on appetizers and downing drinks as you de-stress after a long day but here’s some ideas for yummy creations that won’t make you feel guilty! They do say an apple a day keeps the doctor away...

Sour Apple Martini
2 ½ oz sour mix
¾ oz of each sour apple liqueur & vodka

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy for around only 160 calories! Much better for you than a sodium packed marg or heavy beer. This is also a great option when you’re trying to decide what to order at the bar!

This appetizer is so simple it’s ridiculous. You can effortlessly put it together if you’re having people over, need something to bring for a party, or if you’re looking for a great snack for yourself!

Caprese Sticks
Cherry tomatoes
Balsalmic Vinegar
Olive Oil

These are kind of like mini shish kabobs so start by adding the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella on a toothpick. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top, season with salt and pepper as you please and knock yourself out!

Clearly I don’t make the healthiest drinks and appetizers each week but for those of you trying to watch that muffin top, both of these recipes are perfect choices. Have a great week y’all!
