Penne Chicken Alfredo

As a college student, I know what it is like to be on a short schedule, time is of the essence and homework is due everyday. So when it comes to cooking, it falls to the bottom of the to-do list. But I have a tasty, easy recipe that any college student can prepare!

Penne Chicken Alfredo

Step 1: Gather Ingredients -
Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Progresso Crispy Bread Crumbs
Barilla Penne
Classico Four Cheese Alfredo
1 Egg

Step 2: Crack the egg in the bowl

Step 3: Clean the chicken off with water
Side note: Before preparation, I let the chicken defrost throughout the day.

Step 4: Soak the chicken in the egg

Step 5: Bread the chicken with the Panko Crispy Bread Crumbs and set the oven for 375F. Let the chicken cook for about an hour.
Side note: Prepare as many chickens as you believe is necessary.

Step 6: While the chicken is cooking, go ahead and prepare the pasta. Following the instructions off the Penne box for preparation. Start with bringing water to a boil.

Step 7: Once to a boil, pour the pasta in the cooking pot.

Step 8: When the pasta becomes soft, drain it.

Step 9: Add the Classico Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce to the pasta.

Step 10: Mix together

Step 11: Once the chicken is done, go ahead and begin to cut it up into small pieces.

Step 12: Add the chicken to the pasta

Step 13: Enjoy you pasta dish!

Side note: The chicken used was Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
