Man Arrested for Allegedly Being Drunk and Yelling at McDonald's Customers

COLLEGE STATION - One man is in jail after officers say he was drunk and yelling at customers inside a McDonald's.

59-year-old Calvin Ray Perkins is under arrest for Public Intoxication.
According to officers, Perkins refused to leave a nearby fitness studio.
When owners called the cops, he took off.

Police found him at McDonald's near Northgate. Perkins told police he was going to ride his bike to his nephew's house.

He also yelled at a middle eastern couple eating in the restaurant.

Perkis has six convictions for being drunk in public in both Bryan and College Station.
