Trying to make sense of a new time table -- that's what the Brazos County Republican Party is trying to do.

The group met Friday morning to discuss the next step in the primary process. Now that the Texas primary is scheduled for May 29th, organizers are scrambling to get the process started on the local level.

The rushed time table means the Republican Party of Brazos County isn't holding precinct conventions, but rather moving on to the County convention.
