Students who missed out on Blinn College’s initial registration deadline still have the opportunity to enroll in eight- and 12-week courses this Spring.
The College is currently offering registration for 12-week courses through Feb. 9, with classes running Feb. 10 – May 6. Eight-week courses are available for registration through March 5, with classes running March 6 – May 6.
Eight- and 12-week courses are available on Blinn’s Bryan, Brenham and Sealy campuses. Payment is due at the time of registration, and new course offerings will be added throughout the registration period.
Blinn’s academic transfer rate is the highest in the state and more than 20 percent higher than the state average. The College was also named one of the top community colleges in the state by Schools.com for its positive impact on the Texas economy, and AffordableCollegesOnline.org recently listed Blinn among the most affordable large community colleges in the nation.
Founded in 1883, Blinn’s tuition and fees average about one-third the cost of the same classes at most four-year public universities in the state. In addition to its four campuses in Brenham, Bryan, Schulenburg and Sealy, the College teaches online courses, dual credit for high school and prepares students for quick employment through its workforce education, technical training and vocational education programs.
