Well here we are, one day into Shaping Up With Shane and so far the most talked about topic is how I put my weight out there for everybody to see. Well, it was a shock to me to see 297 on the scale but that's the first and last time I'll see that number staring back at me.
Simply put, It's a starting point. A point to refer to on this journey to show everybody that losing weight is a simple as dieting and exercise. With all the questionable means of losing weight out there, I've always been a firm believer that anyone who wants to shed a few pounds can do so. It just takes commitment. I don't believe in a miracle pill or juice diets, so none of those will be used as I shape up for the wedding.
So am I getting used to my new diet? Heck no! Trevor, with Innovative Fitness, will be on BVTM this Friday to talk about eating right, but quite frankly, I'm used to eating Mexican food two or three times a week! But it's necessary to get where I need to be. Willpower will be the key!
