As week number two gets underway, I must admit, I did have an unapproved food item over the weekend. But it's not a totally bad thing. Trevor, from Innovative Fitness, said I am allowed one "cheat" meal a week so I don't go crazy while on my diet. So what could it be? A hamburger? Or pizza? or maybe some ice cream! Well, it was a few fried pickles AND a buffalo chicken sandwich, without half the bun. It was sure tasty!
But now it's time to get back on track. This week is a big week in that we have two new things to face. On Wednesday, we'll have our first weigh in to see just how much progress I've made and we'll find out what the fat flush is. Trevor mentioned it on Shaping Up With Shane this morning and it has the whole newsroom a buzz. I don't know what it is or what I'm in store for but as soon as I do, you'll be the first to know.
