Hello Brazos Valley!

I can't tell you how much I am enjoying this weather!  What a beautiful couple of days around town!  If you haven't hit the golf course lately, now is the time.  Hopefully I can get some links in this weekend.

You know, golf is one of those sports where you can actually burn a few calories while playing.  Plus, it's always nice to get outside, smell the fresh air, and work out your body.  With that said and the fact that winter is now over, I'm ready to take Shaping Up With Shane out and about.  This week, we played some racquetball over at Texas A&M.  I forgot how fun it is to play the fast paced sport.  Now I'm ready to play everyday!  Too bad I'm not a student!

But now I'm looking for another interesting way to shape up.  So far we've got frisbee golf, medicine ball basketball, and a very interesting Ballet class lined up.  But do you have any interesting ways of staying in shape?  I'm looking for folks who want to show me what they do to stay in shape.  Just email me at mcauliffe@kbtx.com and I'll check out your exercise and put it to the test.

Hope to see you soon!
Shane
