If you stepped out Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning...or really anytime between now and Saturday afternoon, you may notice it doesn't quite feel like January out there.
Thanks to south winds and cloud cover overnight, this mornings lows only came in around the upper 50s to lower 60s. To put that in perspective:
So the interesting part of Tuesday morning was that lows were 20 degrees above normal placing our start temperatures right about where our daytime highs should usually top off this time of the year. As mentioned in yesterday's blog, Calendar Reads January, Forecast Says Spring, this isn't completely out of the ordinary with this being an El Nino winter. Also, once again, remember...Mark Twain said it best, "Climate is what we expect, but weather is what we get"
