$32,000 in just a few hours;

That's how much money was raised Saturday at an event to help four College Station boys who lost their parents.

Thousands of people stopped by Kroger on Rock Prairie Road for the Flowers Family Fundraiser.

There was a barbecue cook-off and all the proceeds will help the family with moving costs and other expenses.

The boys will be moving to Colorado Springs in a few weeks to live with their grandmother.

"But I just want to thank College Station. This community is amazing. I can't, we'll be forever grateful," said Susan Solich, the Flowers boys' grandmother.

Their mother Kim Flowers died in October.

Their father, Nolan passed away from a heart attack earlier this month.

They left behind 4 boys, ages 6 through 14.
