The Texas A&M Corps of Cadets said thank you Tuesday night to A&M President R. Bowen Loftin for his support during his presidency.
The Corps held a review on the Quad following a dinner at Duncan Dining Hall.
"Dr. Loftin has been an ardent supporter of the Corps of Cadets during his presidency," stated Brigadier General Joe E. Ramirez, Jr. '79, Commandant, Corps of Cadets. "This is a small way for the entire Corps to say thank you to Dr. Loftin and to acknowledge how much we appreciate his support. Although President Loftin is stepping down as President of Texas A&M University, we are fortunate that he will return to teaching and remain on campus. We look forward to many opportunities for the Corps to interact with Dr. Loftin in the future."
