BTU Crew Rescues Cat Stuck On Utility Pole

BRYAN, Texas A cat may have used up one of its nine lives in Bryan.

Friday morning neighbors on Hillside Drive woke up to find an orange cat stuck halfway up a utility pole in between their backyards.

The cat was clinging for dear life on the pole unable to come down.

A crew from Bryan Texas Utilities came to the rescue and helped convince the cat to finally let go of the line.

Then they carried it down a ladder.

It's unclear who the cat belonged to and residents believe it may have been on the pole all night.

The cat was released into the neighborhood and not hurt.
