University Police saw him fall off a bike and ticketed him with Public Intoxication. Now, a College Station man is being charged with theft.

24-year-old Christopher Williamson is out of jail on bond after being arrested Wednesday for theft.

Officers say that Williamson was spotted on a pizza delivery bike back in March. The arrest report says the officer saw Williamson fall off the bike. The officer noticed he had a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech. That bike, worth around $400, was reported missing by the Domino's Pizza on University Drive on March 2.
