If you happened to be in Brenham today, you may have come down with a case of Pink Eye.
An estimated 4,000 local employees and residents wore pink as part of Brenham Clinic's annual Paint The Town Pink day to spread awareness about breast cancer prevention.
The day culminated with a Washington County Chamber of Commerce reception at the clinic tonight during which a group of local breast cancer survivors known as "The Bosom Buddies" was honored.
So far this year, the Brenham Clinic has performed more than 2,000 digital mammograms for to screen for breast cancer..
