COLLEGE STATION, Texas A popular bar and grill across from the Texas A&M Campus has closed down permanently.
Sully's Sports Grill & Bar announced via Twitter Thursday afternoon they will not be reopening after they closed for the Christmas holiday on the 16th.
Owner Mark Holubec told News 3 that the restaurant never performed the way it needed to.
Sully's opened in the fall of 2012 after the owners re-branded it from their original restaurant Fowl Digits.
It was a popular hang out with 55 TVs.
Before that it was Fontana's Italian Restaurant.
Holubec told us they made some wonderful friends along the way.
No word on what will open there next.
