TAMU Employee Identified in Deadly Fall on Campus

TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY - University police have released the identity of a man who fell to his death Saturday on the Texas A&M Campus.

Police say Bryan David Jones was found dead around 6:00 a.m. Saturday near the Mitchell Physics Building at the corner of University Drive and Ireland Street.

Police say the initial investigation showed Jones, a Bryan resident and senior systems administrator in Texas A&M's Department of Physics and Astronomy, fell from the sixth floor of the building.

Investigators say an autopsy has been completed, but official results are still unavailable. No other information about the incident has been released.
