College Station, Tx Hundreds of people gathered in celebration of America's birthday Thursday at the George Bush Presidential Library.
The event offered free admission into the museum until 8:30 P.M., with family friendly activities, and live entertainment.
The Brazos Valley Symphony provided a patriotic soundtrack for the fireworks display that began around 9:45 P.M.
Patriotic Pride was booming in College Station at the 50th Annual I Love America Celebration.
A helpful breeze helped cool things off for a very pleasant evening too.
The celebration lasted all day with the highlight of the night being a 20 minute fireworks show that lit up the skies of Aggieland.
Family's from near and far came to celebrate too.
"Well we just came, bring the kids to have fun. My little boy likes to jump and wants to come in the bus too. So we came over here and enjoy the time," said Arnulfo Hernandez of Bryan.
The Noon Lions Club also sponsored the event.
