An owner of a local tattoo parlor has been arrested for allegedly cutting another tattoo parlor owner.

Bryan police say they believe Carl Burford walked into The All-American Tattoo Parlor last November, and used an unknown object to cut the owner's face.

The owner told police Burford yelled at him to stay away from "pinkies." Pinkies is a tattoo shop in College Station, that Burford owns.

The victim told police Burford screamed obscenities at him, before hitting and cutting him in the face. Medics called to the scene told the owner the cut would require stitches. Doctors told police the injury damaged nerves in the victim's face.

Burford was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and taken to the Brazos County Jail. Bond was set at $40,000.
