Dozens of Bryan residents may be homeless by the end of Wednesday.

Those living in the Barak Lane town homes were surprised to learn Tuesday that a bank had foreclosed on the rental property. They learned the news from the same person sent by the bank to change all the locks.

Fortunately for them, that person didn't go through with it after seeing the units still occupied. She says she referred the matter back to the bank which could begin eviction proceedings.
