If you live or work in Bryan, the city is asking for your help conserving water, because the city is in the middle of upgrading it's water system.
On Tuesday morning, crews will try to replace and improve pipes. They'll have to drain all the valves, which will send several hundred thousand gallons of water into a stream near the Bryan City Cemetery.
The city says its hoping the work is finished within 12 hours, and that customers won't notice any changes. To be cautious, Bryan is asking folks to cut back on unnecessary water usage from Tuesday through Friday.
