His ability to escape tacklers as a star Brenham Cub running back earned him a full college scholarship. Now Kevin Ealey, 20, is only concerned with escaping a prison sentence.

Ealey and Aaron Scott, 17, have been indicted for the January armed robbery of Andrea's Taco Shop in Brenham. Ealey faces five counts of aggravated robbery.

Authorities say the pair held up the restaurant armed with a shotgun. They were captured by police when their car was blocked by a passing train.
