House Fire in Bryan Sends Elderly Patient to Hospital

A house fire in Bryan sent one person to the hospital Tuesday evening.

That fire broke out around 6:30pm at the 200 block of Lynn Drive.

Fire officials say the fire damaged much of the front of the home.

They were able to contain the fire to the front portion of the building.

An elderly patient was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Bryan for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
