It was just a week ago, that the Leon High School principal was charged with assault. Now, the school board is trying to decide what to do next.
A special meeting has been called to discuss Principal David Jones and the charges. It will be Thursday, at 7p.m., in the district's board room.
Superintendent Jay Winn says the district will try to come up with a plan, in case Jones' trial doesn't start until late summer. The meeting will not include an open forum.
In February, a high school student accused Jones of grabbing and bruising him.
