A battle between experts Friday at a wrongful death case going on in Robertson County.
According to Franklin Advocate Reporter Melissa Freeman, a traffic consultant testifying for the plaintiffs said the 2006 wreck that killed four people was due to negligence on the part of three construction companies for failing to pick a safer spot to exit off Highway 6.
But defense attorneys countered with testimony from a DPS investigator who said the only one at fault is the truck driver who ran into the stopped line of cars. Testimony resumes Monday.
