A wrongful death lawsuit over a deadly Highway 6 wreck could go to the jury any day now.
The defense continued presenting testimony and evidence Tuesday to bolster its argument that a single truck driver was to blame for the 2006 accident that killed four in South Brazos County.
Attorneys for the plaintiffs say the blame lies with three construction companies that created unsafe traffic conditions.
