It only comes around once a year.
But it's so popular reservations are almost needed.

At Oakwood Intermediate School in College Station, Special Education students go all out for the Little Cooks café.
The kids get a true taste of food service by learning to take orders, serve up food and just learn life skills.
Hundreds of people have been served here over the last three days.

Restaurants around the community provide the food, plates and utensils for this annual event.
The lessons the special ed. students learn last a lifetime.
