No Tuition Increase for Blinn Students

The Blinn College Board of Trustees has spoken, and it's music to the ears of Blinn students and their parents.

The Board voted Tuesday night to keep tuition and fees at their present rates. That means the cost of a semester hour will stay at $35 for Washington County students, $64 for all other Texas students, and $140 for out-of-state students.
