Lake Somerville has long been considered a diamond in the rough. Now there are plans to give it some well-deserved attention.
The Brazos River Authority and Lower Colorado River Authority are wrapping up a comprehensive study of the economic possibilities at Lake Somerville. Now they want to show you the preliminary plans and get your input.
In order to do so, two town hall meetings are planned for next week. The first will take place May 28, 6pm-7:30pm at the Yegua Center in Somerville. The second is May 29, 6pm-7:30pm at the Birch Creek Park Estates Community Center.
