Every year, tens of thousands of music and food lovers converge on a field near Snook, to attend Chilifest.
According to some new numbers, it looks like the April Chilifest was a big success.
The event raised over $200,000 for several local charities, this year.
Volunteer firefighters in Snook received $15,000. $20,000 went to The Boys and Girls Club.
Burleson County Go Texan was the big winner. Friday, the group received a check for $50,000.
Chilifest has raised over $1.1 million for charity, in the last 15 years.
