A memorial service is planned for the patient killed Sunday in the PHI helicopter crash.
David Disman, 58, will be remembered Saturday, June 14th at 10 a.m. at Brooke Cemetery in Huntsville off of 672 and FM 980.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home.

Disman was being transported from Huntsville Memorial to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston for surgery when the aircraft went down in the Sam Houston National Forest the morning of Sunday, June 8.
The helicopter's wreckage was found about ten miles from where it took off.
David Disman was the fourth member of the helicopter. Disman was a former Correctional Officer and Vietnam Veteran. He will be remembered as a beloved father and grandfather.
