CSPD Net Two In Online Sex Sting

College Station police are taking Bryan's lead in cracking down on predators online.

Over the past year and a half, officers have been training with the Texas Attorney General's office.

Last month, College Station's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began chatting online.

On May 28, police arrested Gregg Scott Simpson, 27, of Richardson.

On Wednesday, Houston resident Maxey Kenneth Lovell, II, was arrested.

Both men were charged with two counts of online solicitation of a minor. Both are out of jail on bond.

Bryan Police have made 12 arrests since starting online sting operations in 2006.
