For restaurant patrons at Rosa's Tortilla Factory in College Station, Saturday night was anything but typical.
Police say a man there was arrested for trying to hit people with a baseball bat.
College Station officers say it all started when Michael Harrison Wood, of Bryan, made a U-turn on University Drive, near the intersection of Spring Loop, and almost caused an accident.
The people in the vehicle that avoided being hit, caught up to Wood's car and began flipping him off, and swerving towards his vehicle.
That car pulled into Rosa's, and Wood followed.
Police say he then pulled out a bat and began swinging it at the people who had been in the other car.
University Police officers eating nearby were able to detain Wood.
He was charged with a D-W-I, and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
