Bryan Motorcycle Officer Injured in Wreck

A Bryan motorcycle patrol officer suffered minor injuries Monday after a two-vehicle collision.

Officer David Blackburn was attempting to make a traffic stop at William Joel Bryan and Coulter when his motorcycle collided with a Chevy Impala attempting a right turn. Blackburn was thrown from his motorcycle, but the driver of the other car rushed to his aid.

Blackburn was treated and released at St. Joseph Hospital.
