All eyes are on Dolly, the tropical storm that is expected to strengthen into a hurricane this week.

The Texas Forest Service, based in College Station, is mobilizing regional incident response teams across the Lone Star State.

The teams, which are made up of emergency response personnel from major Texas cities, are expected to leave Tuesday morning for the Texas-Mexico border.

"The primary mission that these teams will be carrying out is running points of distribution at the local level, handing out food, water, and ice to victims of the storm," Mark Stanford with the Texas Forest Service said.

Dolly is expected to make landfall late Wednesday night somewhere near Brownsville. It could dump 10 to 20 inches of rain in coastal areas near the border.
