Leon County Communities to Vote on Alcohol Sales

A long, dry spell could be coming to an end in parts of Leon County. Residents in Normangee, Flynn, Hilltop Lakes and Marquez will get to vote on the sale of alcohol.

Proponents of the measure were able to gather enough valid signatures to force the special election. County commissioners decided to hold it November 4 to coincide with the general election.
