Find out what's lurking behind the kitchen door of your favorite restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.

Here's what they found during the week of July 21:

Inspectors delivered their first score to Pizza Hut on Briarcrest.
Docked for pizza ingredients not cold enough, the delivery dive gets an 86.

The same score goes to Arby's in College Station for a broken ice cream maker freezer.

McDonald's on George Bush Drive grills up an 87.
It loses some sizzle for mold in the ice machine and dirty drink nozzles.

It's a 92 for River Bridge Bar and Grill in downtown Bryan for a prep cooler not cold enough.

And we round out our report with a 97 at Donald's Donuts on 29th Street.
