About 5,400 people are without power tonight after a large storm rolled through Brazos Valley.
In Montgomery County, 2,500 people didn't have power. Walker County has 1,500 without power, while Madison and Grimes Counties had about 1,400 power losses together.
High winds, lightning, and fallen trees are the main cause.
All area crews are dispatched, and the power should be turned on this evening.
