The first day of school and Aggie football is just around the corner, but will Reveille be standing on the sidelines?

Since the announcement of Reveille VII's retirement in February, a search committee has been looking for a new first lady with the goal of having one in place by the start of the fall semester.

But school officials say they still haven't found the perfect mascot just yet.

A&M leaders add they are continuing to follow-up on leads coming in, the majority of which are Collies, and dogs with Collie-like features.
