A messy home leads to a messy argument culminating in one arrest in College Station.

Rybin Penny, 26, is charged with aggravated assault and disruption of a 911 call after allegedly cutting her husband with a kitchen knife.

La'Darren Penny told police the altercation occurred around noon Sunday in the 1400 block of Summit Street after he complained about his wife's house keeping.

Penny said Rybin grabbed a knife and started cutting up his clothes. He said he called 911, but his wife grabbed the phone and told authorities the call was a mistake.

Penny was finally able to make the call from another location, but not before Rybin allegedly attacked him with the knife.
