A man accused of taking part in a planned robbery of four College Station residents was indicted Thursday.
Authorities say Justin Conley and an accomplice posed as marijuana buyers to gain entrance into a duplex on Trace Meadows. That's when police say a second accomplice appeared, armed with an AK 47. They say the four occupants were held at gunpoint while Conley and his crew took their money, cell phones and pot.
Conley was arrested in July after phone calls made to the victims were traced back to him.
